We're Hiring: Assistant Manager 2025
This part-time or full-time permanent position leads the general operations and takes ownership of processes at Kindred Post. Part-time: 25-30 hours per week, Full-time: 40 hours per week (more flexibility in the winter months). Please indicate how many hours you are available in your application.
This position plans and leads duties in retail transactions, product management, sales, and events. Their experience also enables them to assist with curating and ordering for both United States Postal Service (USPS) supplies as well as products in-store. No prior knowledge of USPS required, training will be provided. Experience in online sales and Shopify processes is a plus.
Candidate must possess ability to provide excellent customer service, pay attention to detail, work effectively and efficiently in a busy atmosphere, and have fun! Strong communication skills is a must. Experience with event planning or visual merchandising is a plus. This position will report to the Manager.
